  When you place a custom order, our Concerto cake chef will contact you directly. Detailed consultations will be conducted over the phone, where you can discuss your desired cake and schedule. Once everything is confirmed, we will finalize your order.

  Important Information: 
  Please note that custom orders take approximately 2 weeks to complete.
  
  Please note that to prevent no-shows, we only charge a non-refundable deposit and lettering service fee on our site. The full cost of the cake, which depends on the specific requirements, will be charged at the time of pickup. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
